A brand new tour for 2027, Steep Point to Cape Byron or if it is easier the Coast to Coast trip!

We have over the years done many long tours 23 days is pretty average for us, this one stretches out over 28 days and 6454k’s of adventure. Why so long some may ask, well it is from the furthest Western Point to the furthest Eastern Point of Australia, and there is so much to see on the way!

So we start the first night of this tour on Steep Point, we will escort you in and we will camp at the furthest Western Point of Australia, so where to from here?

Well there simply is not enough space to fit 28 days on to this page, but: you will see railway heritage, haunting statues on a lake, see a ghost town where an American president toiled, behold the serenity of the Anne Beadell Highway, visit where the British tried to blow everything up! Go underground, see opals head to remote pubs, cross the Simpson, go underground at Lightning Ridge, admire beautiful art, maybe a pub in the scrub and wallow in a hot Spring, see the Tenterfield Saddlery visit the site where Sir Henry Parkes stirred the fire that became federation before rolling up to the Cape Byron lighthouse at Byron Bay to complete your 28 day adventure.

Phew!!! I’m excited just talking about it, this tour will be open to capable camper trailers, what do you need to bring yourself, your food a huge sense of fun adventure and camaraderie.
