What a difficult and trying year 2020 has been for us all.
It has always been of the utmost importance at Tracks 4×4 Tagalong to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, however due to the Covid-19 virus we would like to introduce a new health plan and advice for our tours.
You, or members of your booking must not attend if there is any sign of cold like symptoms, and all customers will be required to sign a declaration form to that effect.
A temperature under 37.5 deg Celsius is required to join the touring and temperatures will be taken prior to departure and whilst on tour.
If over the course of the tour a person develops cold like symptoms or whose temperature becomes elevated, they will be required to self isolate. They will need to contact the Covid-19 hotline on 1800 999 880 to arrange a test and will be required to leave the tour for the safety of all other participants.
If you are asked to leave a tour you will be escorted to a safe place where self isolation and testing can occur. We will not leave you stranded half way up the Canning stock route!
You will receive a refund based around the unused portion of the tour and it will be calculated on the time and costs associated with the time on tour prior to you leaving the tour. It will also account for the additional costs of returning you to a safe place. This refund amount will be determined by Tracks 4×4 Tagalong.
Proper Hygiene on tours is expected and you are urged to download the Covid safe app. Included with your tour information are government handouts to assist you with following social distancing and hand hygiene.
We are a small business and do require your support through these difficult times.
We are researching new tours that we can undertake whilst border closures are in place.
Tagalong touring is carried out in the great outdoors and you travel in the comfort of your own vehicle, so social distancing is very easily achieved whilst on tour.
On some tours our numbers may be limited and we reserve the right to alter and change tours, routes, numbers, and conditions and follow all government health directives to protect not only you but us as well.
All of the above does not stop the fun and the sense of adventure on our tours.
